Refund and Returns Policy

This returns policy last be updated in 2023 December.

1.1.RETURNS

Our Policy lasts 20 Days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept offer you a
refund or exchange facility.
All our products except underwear are eligible for free returns and exchanges, no question asked. To be eligible
for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We won’t accept goods damaged,
worn, washed after purchase and if that matched your order details.

1.2.HOW TO INITIATE RETURN

To initiate return, please call 0741752651 or email sales@ptexapparels.com. To complete your return, we require
a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email). Once you reach out to us, we will arrange the most
convenient return option for you.

1.3. REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or SMS to your contact number to notify
you that we have received your returned item. If that aligns to our conditions of return, then your refund will be
processed afterwards. And a credit card will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain number of days.

1.4. EXCHANGES

We are happy to replace items if they do not fit, are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please
contact sales@ptexapparels.com or 0741752651.
Please note that exchange can only be done to items at a similar price point to the one you want to exchange.
Your exchange is done completely free of charge, however, if you need to exchange a second time around, a
charge of LKR 600 will apply.

1.5. SHIPPING

Shipping for exchanges and returns are handled by us in collaboration with our delivery partners.
